In our Private School in Alicante, student safety and welfare are prioritised. The safeguarding policy ensures all staff recognise and act on risks of harm. Close collaboration with parents and professionals is maintained to protect students, ensuring they feel safe and supported. The curriculum equips students to keep themselves safe, and there is a commitment to their best interests, regardless of race, religion, ability, gender or culture.

To further support our commitment to safety and wellbeing, we have implemented several measures:

  • Annual updates to safeguarding and wellbeing policies, including safety checks and Safer Recruiting per ISP standards
  • Two full-time counsellors, Safety and Wellbeing Heads, receptionists and facilities teams available
  • MyConcern and INeedToTalk for reporting, with attendance tracked via iSAMS
  • Weekly PSHE lesson covering Relationships and Sex Education

The International Schools Partnership - ISP emphasises safer recruitment to protect students and uphold high standards in education. These policies ensure that all staff and volunteers are thoroughly vetted to maintain a secure, supportive learning environment.
